Job Description
An established business in Killington, Vermont, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team at a busy, high-volume restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, maintaining exceptional food quality, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive workplace culture while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
