Job Overview We're on the lookout for an energetic and organized Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable meal. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining food quality standards, and delivering top-notch customer service. If you're passionate about hospitality, food management, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you! Duties Lead the restaurant team by supervising staff during shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and excellent customer interactions. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control while managing food handling and kitchen operations. Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Train and mentor team members in food service management, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety procedures, and food safety protocols at all times. Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Coordinate catering or banquet events when necessary, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry or restaurant environment is essential. Strong background in food production, cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervising experience with leadership skills that motivate teams and foster collaboration. Familiarity with hospitality management principles including shift management and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary considerations, and catering operations is highly valued. Previous experience in food handling, culinary roles such as barista or coffee specialist is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and high standards. Pay:
