Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory control, POS system oversight (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and cash handling procedures. Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a skilled and motivated team. Coordinate food production, catering services, banquet events, and bar operations to maximize revenue streams. Conduct regular profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to meet financial targets. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hospitality best practices, and cleanliness protocols across all departments. Interview prospective employees, manage staffing schedules, and oversee onboarding processes for new team members. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food service management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and inventory control is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality settings; experience in staff training and development is highly valued. Familiarity with food safety regulations and food handling procedures; certification in food safety management preferred. Prior experience managing casual dining or fine dining establishments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple facets of restaurant operations simultaneously.
