What You'll Be Doing As a Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our café operates seamlessly during your shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading by example to inspire and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service. Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, from opening to closing. Supporting team members by stepping in wherever needed—whether it's brewing coffee, preparing food, or assisting customers. Managing shift schedules and ensuring proper coverage during busy periods. Maintaining a welcoming environment for both customers and staff by upholding our high standards of cleanliness and organization. Problem-solving on the fly to address any challenges that arise during your shift. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a café, restaurant, or similar fast-paced setting. A strong work ethic and a genuine love for serving others. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
