The team members are responsible for providing the ultimate experience at our MI-Combat Tactical Laser Tag facility. Responsibilities Creating a fun, energetic, safe and entertaining experience for our guests Guiding our guests through the game process Preparing equipment for multiple sessions in a day Maintaining a clean and organized facility Operating internal software program for multiple games Provide excellent guest services and hospitality to all customers Assist with various customer service tasks, including ticket sales, concessions, and merchandise sales Answering questions and "selling" a great experience Assist with operations, such as ushering, crowd control, and event management Qualifications Upbeat, outgoing personality willing to engage and entertain customers Great customer service Previous experience in customer service is preferred Reliable transportation Demonstrate excellent leadership skills Must be available some evenings and weekends Must be available to work some holidays Must be able to stand for long periods of time Strong communication and public speaking skills First Aid certification is a plus Experience working with children requires a back ground check Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Also, during the initial 90 day training period, training wages are in effect.
