Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize restaurant flow Handle restaurant reservation management using industry-standard systems such as Toast POS Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately, supporting efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest needs, special requests, or seating adjustments Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, providing reservation information or assistance Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation Familiarity with restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Toast POS Basic math skills for handling guest checks and billing procedures accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization Experience with POS systems and phone communication is advantageous Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, organized operations, and genuine hospitality.
