As a F&B Server Server/Steward , you'll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

Life:
As a F&B Server you will bring magic and excellence to all of our wine train experiences, and later primarily to our festive Santa Train. You'll be part of our premium guest service team, delivering outstanding hospitality aboard our historic train during fall and winter excursions. To succeed in this role, you'll bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift. This position requires high energy, excellent rapport with children, strong composure in fast-paced situations, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming smile. Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train observant, personable, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements:
Requirements Evening and weekend availability (no exceptions) 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history strongly preferred Ability to multitask, think critically, and actively listen Strong teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfortable working on a moving train Positive, adaptable, and hardworking attitude Ability to speak and understand English Seasonal availability: November 24
