Rotation by Feast it Forward-610 First Street, Napa, CA 94559 Rotation is a first-of-its-kind global chef residency restaurant that celebrates cuisine, creativity, and connection. Located at the renowned Oxbow Public Market in downtown Napa, this ever-evolving concept features a new chef each month, each bringing their signature flavors, personal stories, and cultural inspirations to life. Together with our world-class team, every guest chef transforms Rotation into a one-of-a-kind dining experience—fun, dynamic, and always delicious. Position Summary Servers are a key role in defining our customer dining experience. Creating a warm, fun, easy and polished impression for customers. You will lead guests through our creative food and beverage offerings including our Residency concept and special chef menus each month creating a unique and unforgettable experience that keeps customers coming back. Pay $16.90/hr + tips Responsibilities Possess expert-level knowledge of the menu, including monthly chef features, seasonal menu items and beverages Deliver exceptional service with a customer first mindset—anticipating needs, making recommendations, representing the Feast it Forward concept and exceeding expectations Clear, clean, and reset tables with speed and precision to maintain a polished dining space Effective and efficient use of Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system Manage all aspects of cashiering, including check closure and shift-end reports. Execute daily opening/closing procedures efficiently with attention to detail Keep all tables, service areas, and stations fully stocked, and organized Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety, as required by state and county Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred. Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations). Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations). Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions. Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Physical Requirements/Work Environment Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Ability and desire to work extended hours of operation Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays Able to lift 45lbs The above information is representative of the work performed in this position; however it is not all-inclusive.
