Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Process cash and card transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation guideline Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in a cocktail bar setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Aloha POS is essential for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash safely Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is required to ensure guest safety and compliance Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
