Position Responsibilities:

Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Maintain dining areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for service. Complete assigned duties, side work, and other responsibilities within the scope of the role. Set up and tear down for events and dining, both on-site and off-site. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces, both on-site and off-site. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with club policies. Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality service. Arrive on time, in proper uniform, prepared to begin work at the scheduled shift start. Maintain a neat, complete uniform and adhere to Castle Pines Golf Club's grooming standards. Engage in suggestive selling to enhance the Member experience. Learn and follow all steps of service to meet club standards. Be ready and willing to adapt to changes in venue, service, and plan at any time. Build positive relationships with Members and guests, consistently prioritizing their experience.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in serving or food service is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per week (approximately 16 hours). Flexibility with shift end times and varying hours to accommodate events and service needs. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand on foot for 6-10 hours at a time.
