Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while providing excellent guest relations Experience with food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Excellent customer service skills combined with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
