Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and basic math calculations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment within the food industry Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights every guest!
