Cucina Al Pantheon Position Overview:
Cucina Al Pantheon is seeking an experienced Server to join our front-of-house team. This Server position is ideal for candidates with a passion for hospitality, Italian cuisine, and delivering an elevated dining experience. As a Server , you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service. Please note pay scale includes tips, Average earnings: $25-$40+ per hour.
Server Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service as a Server to all guests Guide guests through menu selections, including wine and cocktail pairings Execute full steps of service expected of a professional Server Maintain awareness of table pacing, guest needs, and dining flow Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar as a Server Handle guest concerns professionally in your role as a Server Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room Support team members to ensure seamless service
Server Qualifications:
2-4+ years experience as a Server in a full-service or upscale restaurant Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor expected of a
Server Pay:
$6.38 - $38.00 per hour
