• Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of cash and card transactions Recommend wine pairings, craft beers, cocktails, and spirits, demonstrating extensive beverage knowledge and mixology skills Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu, incorporating spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail expertise Manage table settings, ensure food safety standards are upheld, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery in all settings Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food handling regulations and safety protocols Skills Proven experience in fine dining service with strong knowledge of food safety practices Expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs gracefully Strong beverage knowledge including wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, cocktail mixing (mixology), beverage recipe development, and brewing processes Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, bartending, or banquet service is highly desirable Basic math skills for retail math calculations like splitting checks or processing cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations within the hospitality industry Embark on an exciting journey with us where your passion for hospitality meets professional growth.
