Qualifications Minimum age:
18 Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles such as server or busser is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic food preparation techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting trays or cleaning duties. Basic culinary skills such as knife handling, meat cutting, or beverage preparation are advantageous. Experience in catering or banquet settings enhances your ability to adapt quickly in diverse service environments.
