About the
Role:
Join our team as an Independent Contractor Hospitality Server at a beautiful resort in Helen, Georgia! We are seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused server to support restaurant and banquet operations. This role will include serving guests in the resort's restaurant as well as supporting banquets, private events, weddings, meetings, and other special functions . The successful contractor will work closely with the resort's food and beverage team to ensure guests receive excellent service from arrival through completion of their dining or event experience. Responsibilities Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to restaurant and banquet guests. Take and serve food and beverage orders while maintaining high service standards. Assist with banquet setup, service, and breakdown for plated dinners, buffets, receptions, weddings, and private events. Maintain clean and organized service areas and follow all applicable food safety and sanitation standards. Work professionally with the resort's restaurant, banquet, culinary, and management teams. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hotel, banquet, or catering serving experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in both restaurant and banquet settings Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Must be available based on the property's scheduling needs
