Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Process transactions using the cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to food safety protocols. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food handling guidelines. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
