Hostess Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with a friendly attitude Manage the waitlist and answer phone calls Maintain a clean and organized front entrance Assist the front-of-house team as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Strong communication and organizational skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must remain attentive and engaged during working hours; personal cell phone use is not permitted while on duty except during breaks or emergencies. Able to work evenings and weekends Server (Experience Preferred)

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately Check on guests regularly and ensure their needs are met Maintain a clean and organized dining area Work efficiently with the team during busy shifts
