Server / Waitstaff (Part-Time) Las Maracas Mexican Restaurant - 27 Louisiana St, Westwego, LA Las Maracas is looking for a part-time server to join our friendly, fast-paced team! If you're attentive, punctual, and enjoy creating great dining experiences, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude Take orders accurately and present menu recommendations Handle dine-in and takeout orders (including phone orders) Deliver food and beverages efficiently and safely Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly Roll silverware and keep the dining area tidy Complete all side work and cleaning duties for your shift Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and reliable team members Ability to multitask and follow instructions Strong communication skills (English required) A well-groomed, professional appearance Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must be courteous and customer-focused at all times Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card Preferred Experience Previous experience as a server, waitress, or waiter is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
