DiBlasi's Food & Drink is a brand-new neighborhood restaurant opening in downtown Reading, MA, and we're looking for personable, dependable Servers to join our opening team. This is a chance to get in at the beginning and help shape the guest experience, service culture, and personality of a new independent restaurant. We're building the team from scratch, which means strong employees will have an opportunity to grow with us as the restaurant develops. DiBlasi's is a neighborhood-focused restaurant with Italian roots, serving fresh pasta, hand-stretched pizza, sandwiches, steaks, chicken, seafood, cocktails, wine and approachable comfort food. The atmosphere is meant to feel warm, energetic and familiar — a place where guests want to come back often and where the staff genuinely knows the community. We're looking for servers who are friendly, confident and attentive without being overly formal. You should be comfortable talking about food and drinks, working as part of a team, and creating a relaxed but polished experience for guests.
