Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adhering to sanitation standards. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to meet sanitation regulations. Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently during busy hours. Requirements Bilingual Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing are essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
