Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items such as wines, spirits, cocktails, or special dishes to enhance the guest experience. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly. Skills Prior experience in food service or hospitality is highly valued, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for efficient sales transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest relations. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service to assist with upselling opportunities. Good math skills for handling bills, processing payments accurately, and managing sales transactions. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
