Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience, from greeting patrons to assisting with their needs throughout their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Must be 18 years old or older (to serve alcohol) Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly and professionally. Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering items to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests. Support event operations, including banquets and catering services, as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary. Experience Ideal candidates will possess skills in the following areas: Customer service experience in a hospitality or food service setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in bartending or fine dining environments is a plus. Background in catering or banquet services is beneficial but not required. Skills in food preparation or as a dietary aide can enhance your application.
