The Role Server Assistants play a vital role in every successful dining service. Working alongside servers, bartenders, and culinary staff, you'll help maintain the pace of service by keeping dining areas clean, organized, and ready for every guest. This is an active, team-oriented position where no two shifts are exactly alike. One moment you may be resetting tables for the next seating, the next you're refilling water glasses, assisting with food service, or anticipating a member's needs before they have to ask. The best Server Assistants understand that great hospitality is built through countless small moments executed exceptionally well.
