Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest relations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests. Uphold restaurant policies regarding health and safety standards. Skills Previous experience as a Server or in food service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with strong guest relations skills is essential for success in this role.
