Available Help for . Job Summary IHOP Servers are responsible for providing friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests. Servers ensure a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and courteously Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction Refill beverages and check in with guests during their meal Process payments using the POS system Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and server stations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service Requirements & Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Training Servers earn $2.14 per hour plus tips 20 hours of paid training provided at $7.25 per hour
