Position Overview As a Server / Shift Manager at Thai Town, you'll play a key role in the restaurant's daily operations. You'll help manage and motivate the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience rooted in authentic Thai hospitality. You'll also have opportunities to step into multiple roles — from serving to supporting bar and floor operations — ensuring smooth service during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.

Operational Management:

Oversee cash handling, closing duties, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead by example to create a positive, energetic, and efficient team environment.

Training & Development:

Support and guide staff to maintain high performance and service consistency.

Versatile Support:

Step into roles such as serving, food running, or helping at the bar when needed.

Problem-Solving:

Handle guest concerns or operational challenges with professionalism and care.

Restaurant Maintenance:

Keep the dining and bar area organized, well-stocked, and compliant with health regulations. Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred. Bartending knowledge is a plus (not required). Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler and TABC certification . Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability (evenings & weekends).
