Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation and safety standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating culinary experience and teamwork skills Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially fine dining or high-volume environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Server and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
