What You'll Do As a Server at Weller's Bistro, you'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and attentive service to all guests. Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery. Sharing your knowledge of our German-inspired menu, craft cocktails, and beer and wine offerings to make thoughtful recommendations. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for the next guest. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Upholding our high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we're seeking someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role in the hospitality industry. Is passionate about food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
