The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
