Your precision will directly ensure accurate and timely payments. Every day, you will work closely with the Senior Physician Compensation Analyst to provide specialized support in the administration and accurate processing of physician compensation practices, ensuring compliance with governing bodies, individual provider contracts, and organizational policies. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to accurately collect and analyze complex data, propose effective system solutions, and provide clear, insightful reports to diverse stakeholders will be essential in supporting our compensation programs and ensuring compliance. Administer pay practices approved by the respective governing bodies for Medical Foundation medical groups. Ensure appropriate interpretation and application of pay practices and contract language for all providers. Work collaboratively with Provider Services, Payroll, and Physician Compensation Analysts to ensure compensation data is accurately entered and maintained in payroll and HR systems. Manage the accurate processing of independent contractor payments, adhering to established timelines and regulations. Monitor the integrity of provider compensation and financial data across all relevant systems, performing regular audits and making necessary adjustments. Reviews and processes provider expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Processes bi-weekly and monthly special payments for providers. •This position is work from home within California .
Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on compensation or financial administration. High school diploma or equivalent Must possess strong hands-on knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (advanced level) Must exercise discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive provider compensation information Requires analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Accounting background preferred Prior experience in physician compensation or healthcare experience preferred Previous Lawson HRIS or similar payroll/HRIS experience preferred Where You'll Work Dignity Health Medical Foundation, established in 1993, is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation with care centers throughout California.
