Job Description
Description Addressed member concerns regarding the use of SingleCare discount cards. Responded to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assisted members with prescription price inquiries and insurance benefit questions. Educated members on the benefits and usage of discount cards for prescribed medications. Provided members with physical discount cards and information on home delivery options via online pharmacy. Helped members elect and understand their medical insurance benefits. Verified insurance benefits and pharmacy locations for members. Transferred calls to appropriate departments (e.g., dental plans, medical benefits) for further support. Opted out members from receiving promotional mail upon request. Assisted pharmacies with claim submission issues and troubleshooting. Provided prescription benefit details to members and pharmacies. - Supporting members with sensitive health and insurance concerns.

- Experience with customer relationship management platforms.
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Accurately recording member interactions and application reviews.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and possibly Access or Teams.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Teams, etc.) and utilize dual monitors/toggle between systems at the same time
- Must be able to read, speak, and take notes at the same time on a phone call
