Job Description
Job Summary The People Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the People/HR team and employees. This role helps coordinate day-to-day people processes, maintain accurate employee information, and ensure a positive employee experience. The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day People/HR activities and employee requests. Maintain and update employee records and HR systems. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities. Assist with employee documentation and HR-related communications. Coordinate meetings, training, and employee events as needed. Support recruiting and interview coordination activities. Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR records. Partner with managers and People team members to resolve routine employee inquiries.
