Job Description

Would you like to be a part of an industry-leading HR Team? The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be confident speaking with team members at all levels. We enjoy working with people who think "outside the box" and are always interested in process improvement. You will be directly interacting with team members to answer general questions relating to attendance, time off requests, internal job bids, employee meat orders. Position details for HR Clerk are listed below. Track attendance call-offs and distribute to management Initiate return to work documents Enter attendance points for those that called out Maintain team member personnel forms and files. Personnel records management within HRIS (Paycom) Perform a variety of administrative duties associated with employee services, data entry, filing, scanning and employee records. Participate in department employee experience activities. Assists with and/or prepares correspondence and employee orientation material. Manage HR Lobby, answer phones and issue personnel badges for entry. Other duties as assigned to support overall department and special projects. Bilingual in Spanish and English (Speaking) preferred. Minimum 1-2 years' experience within an HR Department in a similar role. Must have strong Excel experience in creating and using pivot tables, Vlookup's, and or matching. Excellent communication skills and professionalism in handling confidential information Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines. Basic knowledge of HR policies and best practices
