Friday Primary Location:

San Diego (In Office, potential for Hybrid)

Salary:

$20 an hour Who you are You're organized, dependable and quick to notice when a date or detail is off. You like keeping records in order, you're comfortable with a busy office where priorities shift, and you handle confidential information with care. You work well independently and with others, and you want a part-time role where your work makes a real difference for the people who support our community. What you'll do Employee compliance records Track and manage employee driver's license, vehicle insurance, vehicle inspection and registration records, watching expiration dates so nothing lapses Follow up with employees ahead of deadlines to collect renewed documents, and flag missing or expired items to HR leadership Keep compliance records accurate, complete and ready for audits Filing and data management Scan, file and organize documents so records are complete and easy to find Compile and maintain files, both physical and digital, following HR recordkeeping standards Enter and update data accurately in HR systems and spreadsheets HR and office support Provide on-site administrative support to the HR department, including help with new hire orientations Support executives and team members with filing, scanning, data entry and other administrative tasks Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned, since responsibilities may shift with daily office needs What you bring Education Associate's degree preferred Experience and skills At least 2 years of related administrative experience

Required:

strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying detail-oriented and setting clear priorities Sound analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with senior leadership Ability to follow written and verbal instructions A high level of confidentiality and good judgment Benefits
