Scope:
Provide assistance to the Controller and Human Resource Manager as needed in payroll and human resource functions. Maintains Associates confidence, protects Associates by keeping human resource and payroll information confidential.
Requirements:
Preferred - BA/BS degree Prior payroll experience is required, preferably with Paycor HCM or a comparable
HCM/HRIS
platform. Excellent attention for organization and details Able to Multitask Good written and verbal communication skills Strong time and priority management skills Ability to multi-task Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Tasks and Responsibilities:
Process payroll including monitoring time clock punches, keying approved compensation changes, tax deductions, providing payroll information to employees as needed. Maintain and process employee Attendance, Paid Time Off and Leave of Absences Process new hires and terminations Assist in disciplinary discussions as required. Maintains and keeps all Associate personnel records and files. Support health and wellness throughout the company Become proficient in using current Payroll System Providing payroll information to employees. Receptionist duties performed in a professional manner. Maintaining and ordering office supplies Maintaining employee and company confidentiality Representing company culture and values Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, sit, and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Able to work in a sedentary environment and stand, sit, and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Able to use hands repetitively for up to 8 hours; grasping, turning, and fine manipulation. Able to use a variety of hand tools and operate machinery for up to 8 hours. Able to read, write, measure, and distinguish color. Able to bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch, and climb. Able to see small details on a computer screen or paper documents. Able to type, use a mouse and manipulate other office equipment with precision. Able to coordinate hand and eye movements while typing or performing other tasks. Able to push, pull, and lift from up to 30lbs and occasionally 50lbs. Able to wear all required Personal Protection Equipment such as safety goggles and closed-toed shoes while on the production floor.
Goals:
Process payroll with timeliness and 90% accuracy. Process all onboarding and offboarding with 90% accuracy.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
