Job Description
Job Summary The HR Administrator provides general administrative support to the HR team across multiple human resource functions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs administrative tasks, including updating HR records within the HRIS system Documents processes within areas of responsibility Provide recommendations for streamlining processes within the lifecycle of an associate Assists with ad hoc HR projects Provides HR related reports upon request utilizing the HRIS system I-9 verifications while maintaining compliance with USCIS Onboards new associates by ordering background checks and sending out offer letters and new hire paperwork Performs the exit process for all terminated associates Provide BU leaders with exit interview analysis and provide recommendations to reduce turnover within their department Completes employment verifications while maintaining compliance standards Maintains the HR inbox and responds to associate emails within 24 hours Answer associate questions and concerns and refer to HR Director for further guidance and direction when needed Perform and support compliance audits as needed Qualifications
