We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused HR Data & Operations Associate to support employee data management and transactional activities within a fast-paced HR Operations environment. This position will be responsible for processing and maintaining employee information across multiple HR systems, supporting transactions related to new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, job changes, and employee data updates. The role will also focus on data quality, compliance, reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring previous HR Operations, HRIS, or high-volume HR data transaction experience, along with strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail. Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.Key Responsibilities :
Process and maintain employee data transactions, including new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, job changes, employee information changes, and other HR-related updates. Ensure employee information is entered accurately and on time across HR systems, resolving discrepancies and maintaining consistency between platforms. Maintain established data quality and compliance standards, conduct regular data audits, identify errors or inconsistencies, and implement appropriate corrections. Utilize HR platforms including PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, and other HR-related systems to manage employee information and support HR Operations activities. Generate reports, complete reporting templates, and utilize HR systems and reporting tools to provide data supporting HR business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve HR data processes, reduce errors, increase efficiency, and strengthen overall data management practices. Collaborate with HR colleagues, team leadership, and cross-functional partners to resolve data issues, implement process improvements, and escalate or transfer more complex issues when appropriate. Effectively manage multiple transactions, requests, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related HR function, including at least 2 years of data entry and transaction-processing experience. Experience working with HR systems and platforms; familiarity with systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, or comparable HR technologies. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple HR systems and applications. Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, complete, and consistent employee data. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with HR metrics, reporting tools, data audits, and/or report generation. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, Workday, and/or ADP. Experience conducting HR data audits and reconciling information across multiple HR systems. Experience supporting HR reporting, analytics, metrics, or data-driven business decisions.
