Overview:
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director, and Human Resources leadership team. To support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:

HR Director and HR Manager Qualifications:
Minimum 2-years human resources experience preferred. Associate's degree or equivalent experience. High level of written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments. Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers, both in person and by telephone. Must have strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Internet research, and the ability to quickly learn new software. Must be able to work independently and successfully complete projects with minimal oversight. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and create a welcoming environment for potential and current employees. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements:
• Basic desk mobility, typing, sitting, standing, climbing stairs, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds and more with assistance. Speak clearly and have the ability to hear. Clear vision for reading documents and computer screens. This list is not all inclusive. Coordinates new hire orientation of new hires and ensures all paperwork is complete and all documents are received. (HR Manager and HR Coordinator) Data entry - all new hires. Maintain departmental information and employee files. Assist to develop employee communications network within the properties, via monthly newsletter, monthly calendar, bulletin boards, posters, and flyers. Enter and maintain all employee data into Inova (HRIS). (HR Manager and HR Coordinator) Answer phone and email inquiries. Email memos and other correspondence. Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment. Participates in planning and execution of employee events planned by the Human Resources Department. Champions culture and enthusiastically promote opportunities within the properties. Assist with tracking
EOM, LOQ
for both properties. Participate in the New Hire Orientation Program. Collect, sort, and distribute office mail. Complete other duties as assigned by management
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
