Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX supporting a People Services team within the computer software industry. This hybrid role is ideal for an HR professional with strong attention to detail, SAP SuccessFactors experience, and a passion for creating a smooth employee experience from onboarding through offboarding. In this role, you will support employee data management, new hire orientation, compliance documentation, and HR workflow coordination while covering a paternity leave. You will work closely with HR stakeholders in a collaborative environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and professional judgment are essential to success. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the employee data lifecycle in SAP SuccessFactors, including hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate and host new hire orientation sessions to support a positive onboarding experience.
- Prepare and process employment agreements, new hire documentation, and I-9 submissions in accordance with federal requirements.
- Monitor completion of compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding tasks, escalating risks as needed.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Support additional People Services activities and HR administrative projects as assigned. Compensation and Benefits

Paternity leave coverage. Required Qualifications and Skills- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, orientation, and HR documentation workflows.
- Track compliance-related tasks, policy acknowledgements, and training completion.
- Research and resolve SAP-related HR process or data issues.
- 3 to 5 years of human resources coordination, HR assistant, or People Operations support experience.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors for employee data updates, onboarding, offboarding, or HR workflow administration.
- Strong understanding of new hire documentation, employment agreements, and I-9 processing requirements.
- High level of accuracy when entering, reviewing, and maintaining employee data.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially when researching system or process issues.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills in a deadline-driven HR environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR operations or People Services teams in a software, technology, or professional services environment.
- Prior experience coordinating virtual or in-person new hire orientation sessions.
- Familiarity with compliance tracking, policy acknowledgement workflows, and employee lifecycle best practices.
