Job Description

My client, a financial/mortgage company, is looking for a Branch Administrative Assistant. This role supports the branch office by providing customer service, preparing reports, ordering supplies and performing clerical functions

Onsite Moses Lake, Washington, 98837
Pay Rate:
$20/ hr + benefits
Schedule:
Mon - Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Responsibilities Clerical support — Assist processors with special projects, basic reports, insurance orders, 4506s, LDP/GSA checks, CAIVRs, bond program items, appraisals, and title/escrow documents. Disclosure management — Print, prepare, and mail disclosure packages. Escrow coordination — Track trailing items with escrow and follow up until all documents are received. File auditing — Audit loan files for accuracy/completeness; reconcile, cancel, and maintain records per retention requirements. Branch support — Provide administrative assistance to Branch Manager and Operations Manager. Call handling — Answer incoming calls and deliver courteous, accurate routing and support. Mail processing — Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail/packages; assist with outgoing mailings. Supply management — Monitor inventory, anticipate needs, place orders, and verify deliveries. IT coordination — Partner with IT helpdesk to troubleshoot basic office technology issues. General office support — Perform photocopying, faxing, filing, and document distribution. Meeting prep — Produce copies and materials for meetings and marketing initiatives. Office upkeep — Maintain a clean, organized office environment (kitchen, plants, magazines, waste). Invoice reconciliation — Monitor and resolve appraisal and credit report invoice discrepancies. Correspondence drafting — Compose and distribute memos and general correspondence. Event coordination — Schedule and support meetings, events, and cross-functional gatherings; prepare agendas and room setups. Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum of three years experience in an administrative assistant related role(s). Prior experience in Mortgage lending, Finance, or similar field preferred. Ability to type 60-70 wpm. Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers. Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
