Track Record Assets is a growing multifamily real estate company focused on building strong teams, operational excellence, and a people-first culture. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources & Payroll Manager to help build and lead our HR infrastructure from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a company during an exciting growth phase and play a key role in shaping the employee experience, company culture, HR processes, recruiting strategy, and payroll operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-focused, and excited about helping create structure in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. What You'll Do The Human Resources & Payroll Manager will work closely with company leadership and operations teams to support both corporate and onsite employees across the portfolio. Human Resources Responsibilities Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for corporate and onsite teams Support employee relations, coaching, and performance management Assist with policy development and HR process implementation Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Maintain employee records and HR documentation Coordinate benefits administration and employee communications Support training and development initiatives Assist leadership with organizational growth and workforce planning Help foster a positive, team-oriented company culture Payroll Responsibilities Process payroll for corporate and onsite employees accurately and timely Maintain payroll records and employee changes Coordinate with benefits and deductions administration Review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance Assist with payroll-related questions from employees Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations Support year-end payroll processes and reporting What We're Looking For Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 3+ years of HR and/or payroll experience preferred Experience processing payroll required Multifamily property management experience preferred, but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage confidential information professionally Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not a traditional corporate HR role.
