The Role As our Human Resources Manager , you will lead all on‑property HR functions with a strong focus on recruiting, employee relations, and compliance . You'll play a critical role in building a strong workforce, maintaining positive labor relations, and ensuring issues are addressed thoughtfully, objectively, and in alignment with company policy and employment law. You'll be a visible, trusted partner to leaders and team members—balancing empathy with accountability while supporting a culture of respect and performance. EOE What Makes You You Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in hospitality or a service‑driven environment Strong experience with full‑cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring at scale Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices HR systems experience - Paycom experience is highly preferred Ability to maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee records A calm, objective, and professional approach to sensitive situations Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment A genuine passion for people, fairness, and positive workplace culture
