Job description Our Account Supervisor will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. This person will also be able to attract candidates using recruiting sources as social media and employee referral programs to source talent and attract candidates to interview and hire the best candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Account Supervisor will be to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a recruiting strategy.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and any tool used in the recruiting strategy.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting tools/ methods.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
  • Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales Driven
