This HR Generalist and HR Coordinator role supports the HR Manager with a variety of day-to-day human resources functions in a professional office environment. This is a strong opportunity for a bilingual English and Spanish HR professional who wants long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to contribute to a positive, team-oriented company culture. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with employees and leadership, supporting HR operations, maintaining compliance, and helping create a professional and supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Manager with daily human resources operations, employee relations, documentation, and administrative HR needs. Assist with onboarding, employee records, HR communications, and coordination of workplace policies and procedures. Provide bilingual English and Spanish support for employees, including reading, writing, and verbal communication. Help maintain accurate HR files, personnel records, and compliance-related documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to support a professional, organized, and positive employee experience. Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Potential salary flexibility may be considered for a strong candidate. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. 100% on-site position in Camarillo, CA. Professional office environment with a professional dress code.
