Job Description
Human Resource Generalist At Henderson Behavioral Health, people come first — always. It's who we are, and it's what we do. This entry level position requires a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent. Must have at least one year of clerical experience, knowledge of internet recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. This role will assist with onboarding process for new hires, tracking, physical and electronic filing, and general employee file compliance. Some additional responsibilities will include assisting with HR/People Experience events, participating in job fairs, and assisting with monthly orientations. The ideal candidate must be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, have strong ability to multitask, prioritize well, and work with sense of urgency and accuracy. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Must adapt well to changes, and perform other duties as needed. As part of our People Experience Department, you'll build genuine relationships with staff and leaders across the organization — all in service of one goal: making Henderson a place where people feel valued from their very first day. This position reports to the People Experience Manager. A valid Florida driver's license and auto liability insurance are required. Through care, supported employment, advocacy, and housing, Henderson assists and inspires people with mental illnesses and substance use disorders to reclaim their lives. Henderson is one of the oldest, largest and most successful providers of recovery services for persons with co-occurring disorders in Florida. We utilize state of the art research and evidence-based practices, combined with a wide range of supports to treat the whole person, rather than just the illness.
