Additional experience in human resources or personnel management may substitute for the college education on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes The Water and Sewer Department is seeking a dedicated Personnel Specialist to join our Recruitment and Compensation Unit, supporting critical HR functions aligned with departmental needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in recruitment processes, position classification, and compensation analysis. This role involves coordinating hiring activities, maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with pay studies, and delivering high-quality support to internal customers while upholding departmental and countywide HR standards.
