Human Resources Generalist Location:

Human Resources Director Job Overview We are seeking an organized and dependable Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support. This position assists with recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, leaves of absence, compliance, and employee recordkeeping. Responsibilities Assist the HR Director with daily HR operations. Manage benefits enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations. Support recruiting by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, and tracking candidates. Complete new-hire paperwork and conduct employee orientations. Assist with payroll processing and employee record updates. Maintain confidential personnel files and company job descriptions. Support employee relations, recognition programs, meetings, and company events. Assist with HR policies, procedures, training, and employment-law compliance. Perform general administrative duties and assist with special projects. Travel Limited local travel is required, including regular visits to the corporate office in Woodstock, GA. Education and Experience Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field required. Two to four years of Human Resources and payroll-processing experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. PHR, SHRM-CP, or another HR certification is a plus. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Strong communication, organization, and employee-relations skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
