39 weeks We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) for a school-based position in Oak Lawn, IL for the 2026-2027 school year . This role supports students from early childhood through 12th grade , with a focus on social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Many students are on the autism spectrum, though the program does not serve students with severe behaviors. The BCBA will provide consultation, conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a highly supportive program environment. Interview Process:

+ First round: Virtual interview + Second round: In-person interview and program tour Responsibilities + Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs + Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Provide consultation and training to school staff + Support social, emotional, and behavioral programming across classrooms + Collaborate with social workers, educators, and administrators + Participate in referral-based problem solving and program planning + Offer leadership, creative problem solving, and data-informed recommendations + Contribute to committees related to behavioral services and program development Requirements + Active BCBA certification through the BACB + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field + School-based behavior analytic experience preferred + Pediatric experience preferred + Experience supporting students with autism and social/emotional disabilities + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements Program Highlights + Work within a collaborative program with 9 social workers on staff + Emphasis on social and emotional disabilities and mental health-informed practices + Opportunity to join behavior-focused committees and contribute to program growth + Supportive leadership team and strong school culture Compensation + $73 per hour (local) + W-2 position through Amergis For more information or to apply, please contact:
