6 Southfield, MI Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Quality data entry Full Job Description Job Summary Performs a variety of support duties for the Human Resource Department to maintain personnel records. Essential Functions Maintains integrity of personnel files by reviewing, scanning, indexing and entering information from employment documents (applications, I9s, resumes, transcripts, licensure/certification, education, personnel action forms etc.) Indexes files into electronic filing system by adding data into key fields and verifying name matches, social security matches, team member ID, and job title utilizing multiple systems and technologies. Process and track specialized verification of employment forms and requests. Process and track personnel file record requests in accordance with Bullard Plawecki regulations. Complete special projects related to merging file storage systems, new equipment and technologies as part of system integrations and acquisitions. Maintains equipment and supplies.
